TRANSIENCE II is another collection of colour photographs of various overlooked surfaces such as walls, doors, and roads abstracted into surprising colourful and textural compositions.

With this second portfolio Nik used a cross-process technique. He used colour slide film and then processed the rolls through C41 chemistry which gave him colour negatives.

The resulting images are imbued with enhanced colour and contrast.
